Because we know that our products are dear to you, but also because we know that an incident can happen very quickly, we propose to you a repair service. This includes : receiving your product, sending it to our spinning mill in Italy so that it can be repaired in the best conditions, and finally returning it to you.
You can also drop off your product at our friendly store at 7 Rue de Furstemberg, 75006, Paris.
The classic 100% cashmere
Stockholm is a cashmere knit obtained by spinning a rather thick yarn. It is called "classic" because it is the most common type, the essential cashmere knit !
Shipped within 48 hours for products in stock, otherwise your cashmere piece will be made specially for you in Italy and shipped as soon as it is ready.
Embroidered and custom-made articles can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
INSIDE EUROPE
- Standard delivery offered in Europe.
- Free returns in Europe
OUTSIDE EUROPE
- Returns outside Europe are charged at 35€.
- Delivery outside Europe are offered for an exchange, for a refund they are charged 35€.
- Never add fabric softener
- Wash cold or 30°C maximum
- Use a cashmere detergent (the one we offer is perfect!)
- Do not wring
- Always dry your cashmere flat
- Store your cashmere folded, not hung, to preserve its shape
