My Linnea Lund : Le Café Suédois

My Linnea Lund : Le Café Suédois

Each week, we invite a member of the Linnea Lund community to share their perspective on fashion. Together, we discuss their relationship with clothing, their wardrobe, and how they like to pair our iconic cashmere pieces. And of course, it's always exciting and filled with delicacy and love.

For once, Charlotte wanted to introduce you to a duo. This week, it's Anna, founder and manager of Café Suédois, and Maria, the author of the pastries we enjoy on-site as well as during our Thursday breakfasts, who are the #MyLinneaLund women!

Anna's address is legendary, to say the least. Historically nestled within the walls of the Swedish Institute in the heart of Le Marais, Café Suédois recently relocated from the cobblestones of Rue Payenne to the Varenne neighborhood. Its mission: to introduce more patrons to the charm of "lagom" and other culinary delights. Now situated in the chic 7th arrondissement of Paris, Anna continues to delight us with her "homemade" recipes and a menu rich in cinnamon rolls and locally sourced organic seasonal products.

For Anna, comfort is key whether lounging in plush armchairs indoors or wrought iron seats on the terrace, where visitors can sunbathe year-round. Her attire reflects this relaxed yet elegant style—nothing beats a pair of jeans paired with our Clara cardigan in a custom bicolored version with her favorite hues: vivid red and soft pink. Just like in her café, everything about Anna is comforting. There's a reassuring coherence in her dishes and the meticulous care she puts into selecting products, always chosen with taste. The place she cherishes feels like home. Even her ceramic dishes are chosen with an eye for aesthetic delight, a feast for the eyes before even tasting a slice of her secret recipe zucchini and feta cake.

So, head to the Hôtel de Vogüé, now home to Café Suédois, to savor Anna's menu and Maria's sweets, before they tell us about their wardrobes and their favorite Linnea Lund pieces.

How would you define your style?
Anna: I have a "basic" style, often in jeans and sweaters. Nothing sophisticated.

What is your favorite color in the Linnea Lund palette?
Anna: Blue, green, red—saturated colors.

How do you wear Linnea Lund cashmere?
Anna: With jeans.

What objects represent Sweden for you?
Maria: My childhood, my family, and vacations because I return to Sweden in the summer with my children.
