This week, the #MyLinneaLund personality is Charlotta Zetterström, godmother of cinnamon rolls and co-founder of Fabrique, a traditional Swedish bakery-patisserie.

This happy coincidence gives a different flavor to our Frukost when we're in Stockholm...

The storefront with Fabrique's golden letters immediately catches the eye, and every morning, it's a delight to behold piles of gingerbread and cardamom bread, along with impeccable lines of buns, cakes, and other Chokladbollar made on-site in the back room by a team of enthusiasts guided by Charlotta and David. They, a loving duo, created this place, which quickly became a favorite among gourmets in the surrounding neighborhoods.

And how can one resist the call of this artisan bakery-patisserie with its cozy tea room atmosphere? Indeed, that's also what we love about Fabrique—the welcoming ambiance with stacks of books, carefully chosen lights, and candles amidst small round tables where one could sit all day. It's the same ritual every time Charlotte* visits Stockholm. She slips into Fabrique to indulge in one of her guilty pleasures: sinking her teeth into one of Fabrique's generous cinnamon rolls, renowned across Sweden. "They are the kings of Swedish cinnamon rolls, which are a bit like my Proust's Madeleine. It takes me back to my childhood in Sweden and the summer snacks my mother used to prepare for me. And although I adore Fabrique's pastries for everything they evoke in me, I've also fallen in love with Charlotta, her career, and everything she has managed to build. She's a true example of a female entrepreneur. It's incredible how she turned a simple cake into a huge success," says Charlotte.
