Because we know that our products are dear to you, but also because we know that an incident can happen very quickly, we propose to you a repair service. This includes : receiving your product, sending it to our spinning mill in Italy so that it can be repaired in the best conditions, and finally returning it to you.
You can also drop off your product at our friendly store at 7 Rue de Furstemberg, 75006, Paris.

- Shipped within 48 hours for products in stock, otherwise your cashmere piece will be made specially for you in Italy and shipped as soon as it is ready.
- Standard delivery offered in Europe.
- Free delivery for orders over €500 outside Europe.
- Delivery outside Europe 35€.
- 30 days to change your mind and make a return.
- Free returns in Europe.
- Returns outside Europe are charged at 35€.
