General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1: Introduction and Contact
1.1 Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") exclusively govern the contractual relationship between CLB SAS (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller" or "CLB") and any person visiting or making a purchase on the website www.linnealund.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").
The applicable T&Cs are those in force at the time of the order.

This website is owned by CLB SAS, hosted by Squarespace, and registered with the CNIL under number 1876982.
Article 2: Orders
2.1 Conditions for Placing an Order
The Customer declares:
- Being at least 18 years old and having the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- Having parental consent if they are a minor.
- Accepting these T&Cs without reservation.
2.2 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed once payment is received. A written confirmation detailing the ordered products and delivery terms will be sent to the Customer by email.
Article 3: Products
3.1 Product Descriptions
Products offered on the website are described in detail (features, dimensions, materials).
However, minor variations (e.g., color differences due to screen settings) may occur.
3.2 Compliance Guarantee
In accordance with Article L. 217-4 of the French Consumer Code, the products sold comply with their description and are free from hidden defects that would render them unfit for their intended use.
Article 4: Prices, Availability, and Delivery
4.1 Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Delivery fees, if applicable, are shown during the order process and confirmed in the validation email.
4.2 Availability
Products are offered subject to availability. In case of unavailability after order confirmation, the Customer will be informed and reimbursed within 14 days.
4.3 Delivery
- Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer during the order process.
- Delivery times are specified before order validation. In case of delays, the Customer may cancel the order after a reasonable additional period (Article L. 216-2 of the French Consumer Code).
- Responsibility for delivery rests with the Seller until the Customer physically takes possession of the products.
4.4 Taxes and Customs Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the Customer.
Article 5: Payment
5.1 Payment Methods
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or any other method offered on the website. Payments are secured using SSL protocols.
5.2 Payment Refusal
CLB reserves the right to cancel an order in case of non-payment or suspected fraud.
Article 6: Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Withdrawal Conditions
The Customer has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification, in accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code. For orders placed between December 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, the withdrawal period is extended until January 31, 2025.
6.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw, the Customer can use any clear communication method (email, online form).
Products must be returned within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.
6.3 Return Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by CLB for orders within Europe. Outside Europe, returns cost is covered by Linnea Lund, if the customer proceed to an exchange. For a refund, outside Europe, the return fee is charge 35€.
Products must be returned in their original condition. The Customer is only liable for any excessive handling (Article L. 221-23).
6.4 Refund
CLB will refund the Customer within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products, for the online orders only (Article L. 221-24). For the orders placed in store, refund are not possible.
6.5 Customized products
CLB Linnea Lund, does not accept any returns, exchanges or refund on customized product (embroidered or custom-made products).
Article 7: Legal Warranty
7.1 Applicable Warranties
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L. 217-4 and following) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
7.2 Terms
In case of a defect, the Customer may choose between repair, replacement, or reimbursement, in accordance with Article L. 217-8.
Article 8: Mediation
In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may contact a mediator free of charge to resolve a dispute. The competent mediator’s contact details are:

If mediation fails, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate courts.
Article 9: Opposition to Telemarketing (Bloctel)
In accordance with Article L. 223-2 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may register on the Bloctel list (www.bloctel.gouv.fr) to refuse telemarketing calls.
Article 10: Personal Data
Data collected is used for order processing and customer relations, in accordance with GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.
The Customer may exercise their rights to access, modify, and delete their data by contacting info@linnealund.com.
Article 11: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of disputes, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
