My Linnea Lund : Kate
Each week, we invite a member of the Linnea Lund community to share their perspective on fashion. Together, we talk about their relationship to clothes, their wardrobe and how they like to mix and match our iconic cashmere pieces. And, of course, it's exciting and full of delicacy and love.
This time, it's Kate, naturopath and nutritherapist, inventor of the Diet Kate Spirit method who is the #MyLinneaLund woman of the week!
With her graceful figure, calm voice and obvious serenity, Kate has the look of a benevolent madonna to whom we would dare to confide everything, even our worst culinary excesses. To which she would certainly answer that in order to be at peace with oneself, one's plate and one's desires, it is important not to "eat" one's emotions, but to relearn how to eat well without the pitfall of a sad, drastic and frustrating diet. In fact, with Kate, there is only joy and color in the kitchen! Spices and aromatics meet market products for rainbow recipes and home-made seasonal dishes that invite everyone to get back behind the stove and take the time to savor a meal. This is the art of "eating consciously to lose weight consciously" that Kate transmits in her food rebalancing programs.
Doing things consciously is an ambition that our guest shares with Charlotte, who founded Linnea Lund in 2019, to offer responsible and sustainable fashion, with on-demand, conscientious and reasoned production, respectful of cashmere and the family businesses that Linnea Lund works with.
Our meeting with Kate was set in her pretty apartment in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, between an engraving by the sculptor César and a painting by a Catalan artist she loves. Dressed in our Marcel, Kate talks about her wardrobe and the Linnea Lund pieces she loves.
