Today, Colombe invites us in her colorful universe for this week's #MyLinneaLund.
Every week we showcase members of the Linnea Lund community and have them share their views on their personal style and how they mix and match our iconic sweaters, cardigans, and accessories. It’s personal, it's easy, it's from the eye of the LL community, with love and care.
Colombe is the founder and creative director of Call It By Your Name, where she can express all her creativity giving a new life to American bandanas by turning them into brand new accessories and clothing.
We love her creativity, the way she creates strong pieces that let the traditional bandana pattern express itself or even the way she reworks bandanas with embroidery to make them look even cooler than they already are!
We both want to give our community only the best, and that shows: we know it is exactly why both our brands match so well together !
Offering a wide range of colors within her brand, Colombe really saw herself in Linnea Lund as she loves to mix and match our pieces and colors to create her looks. This is how she expresses herself, plus she loves to play with customization as our two brands offer it!
Charlotte's fashion advice : wear casually your Call it by your name bandana bag, match it with our oversized fit Edward and straight blue jeans to create a cool and relaxed outfit, showcasing the best and subtle mix of timeless and modern pieces.
The key is to interpret the pieces your way: make bandana and cashmere yours. Just look at how Colombe does it!
How would you define your style ?
Classic and sometimes colorful, simple in construction. My daring is more in the associations of colors and prints than in the volume of the garment.I like to emphasize my silhouette but in a low profile version.
I adopt the same outfits in cycles of several months, I live by the "buy less, choose well and make it last".
What is your favorite color from the Linnea Lund palette ?
My favorites are Grass Green, Powder Pink, Honey, and obviously Navy! How do you wear Linnea Lund cashmere ?
With vintage 501 jeans, a silver ostrich belt, boots, a bandana or a scarf around the neck!
In your eyes, what objects represent Sweden?
I spent a lot of time there at one time, I would say the salty reglisse, a beautiful scented candle, a sheepskin on an armchair, a wreath of flowers (I love the tradition of midsommar)
