Add the melted butter and milk liquid

Work the dough to make it shiny and supple.

Add more flour but save 1-2 dl.

The dough is Finished when it releases the edges of the dough.

Sprinkle some flour over the surface so it does not dry. Cover with baking cloth.

Put the dough (within the bowl) in a warm area for 1 to 2 hours. The dough should have doubled.

Work the dough for a few minutes in the bowl

Cover your work area with flour and start kneading the dough, while adding the rest of the flour.

Knead in the rest of the flour

The dough is ready when it’s not sticky

Split the dough in 2

Roll out each portion into a rectangular cake, about 30 * 50 cm.

Prepare the filling in a bowl and spread it generously on the lower part of the rectangular and then fold the dough so that you end up with a small rectangular.

Divide it into 2 cm wide pieces

Twist them and put them in paper cups… your buns are ready!

Break an egg in a bowl, and brush the cinnamon buns with the egg and add granulated sugar to decorate them..

In the owen for 8 to 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
