Creating cashmere sweaters that last a lifetime… or almost. That’s where Linnea Lund started—the first thought that guided Charlotte and inspired her to launch her own mindful cashmere brand. And she did it! Just like that timeless sweater she dreamed of, which now bears her name (obviously)! That was five years ago—the very first piece in Linnea Lund’s collection. And guess what? Charlotte still has that sweater. She has worn it hundreds of times, and it hasn’t aged a bit! Yes, the knit of her cashmere sweater hasn’t changed. Better yet, it’s even more beautiful! Charlotte’s secret? It’s quite simple: it lies in the choice of premium materials and the care taken during production.
Premium Materials and Ancestral Craftsmanship
To have a cashmere sweater of unmatched quality and a nearly infinite lifespan, it "just" takes unique raw materials, like those Linnea Lund uses.
Our cashmere comes from goat farms in Mongolia, where the animals are cherished, their fur is combed with care, and only then is it sent to Italy for spinning. Along the Adriatic coast, in the Marche region, nestled between mountains and the sea, the fiber is transformed into yarn—the raw material for Linnea Lund’s creations.
These original designs are all exclusively made in Italy, thanks to the ancestral craftsmanship of a family-run workshop located just a few kilometers from the spinning mill.
