My summer is one of an immense bliss, having finally met my baby. An encounter I had imagined a hundred times, but which turned out to be even more beautiful than I had imagined in my wildest dreams. The birth of a child is truly the encounter of a lifetime, one of the most overwhelming, astounding and dazzling ever. Since July 14th, it's my turn to be a mother. Now it's my turn to fall in love with this protective soul and this unconditional love. From now on, Phoebe is in my life and will also be a little in yours. I savor the happiness and overflowing emotions that flood my days. I'm enjoying every second spent with my baby and my family, who are all so gentle and kind to me. As you can imagine, I have been slowing down and I live at my little Phoebe's pace, and summer is an absolutely divine time to indulge in this cuddly moment.
Phoebe is revolutionizing my life and of my family, and making me want to believe in my desires and convictions even more. And when I go back in time, I think we've already achieved a lot with my fabulous team since the start of the summer season...
THE NOVELTY : ENJOY SUMMER IN TANK-TOPS
They were the big news of the season, and I'm of course referring to our Emma and Amanda tank tops in cashmere and silk. For several weeks now, neither has left my side, and the same goes for our Mia tank dress, which I love for its elegant cut and slit.
MY PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THE SUMMER : OUR COLLAB WITH LAURA REILLY
With this skirt-top-chouchou collection, created with the complicity of Laura Reilly, a New York fashionista with a singular identity, Linnea Lund has taken another step towards the United States, that part of the continent we love so much. This full cobalt blue and off-white ensemble, designed as a nod to the ocean, is irresistible, isn't it?
MY AUTUMN IMPATIENCE: OUR SECOND PARIS SHOP
At the time I am writing these lines, the wallpaper has been laid and, inside, it smells of fresh paint. This new location, infused with Linnea Lund's aesthetic codes, is located in the Marais district, 27 rue Charlot (another 7!). It's an area that feels like a small village, full of life, culture and gastronomy. Everything we love to create the most beautiful of settings and welcome you for your shopping, but also for our Swedish breakfasts, which will also have a bright future here.
