Before being sent to your home, your Linnea Lund piece has been carefully washed to allow the fiber to express all its color and softness. Once in your hands, here are some good habits to adopt to maintain the beauty of your Linnea Lund cashmere.

The same cashmere doesn't like to be worn 2 days in a row. Let it air out for a day before slipping back into it.

Your cashmere loves water unlike wool, cashmere loves soaking in water. It is even essential so that it maintains its softness, and does not become damaged. In fact, upon contact with water, cashmere comes back to life! It’s a bit like having a new item of clothing after each wash!

So, never hesitate to wash it!

It likes to be dried flat and in open air. It is best to keep it away from a radiator or any heat source. In summer, it is best not to dry it in direct sunlight.

It appreciates gentle hand washing. We recommend hand washing in cold water. If you opt for machine washing, never exceed 30°, choose a “delicate” or “wool” cycle, and use a cashmere-friendly detergent.
