Every week, we invite a member of the Linnea Lund community to share their perspective on fashion. Together, we discuss their relationship with clothing, their wardrobe, and how they enjoy mixing and matching our iconic cashmere pieces. And of course, it's exciting and imbued with delicacy and love.
This time, it's Delphine Plisson, founder of the delightful Maison Plisson, who is the woman of the week for #MyLinneaLund!
After a long career in fashion, Delphine Plisson turned her focus to another form of excellence where good taste also plays a central role. This new venture began over 8 years ago with Maison Plisson, where she reinvented the concept of gourmet grocery into a welcoming haven and the new HQ for food enthusiasts, nestled in the bustling Bastille neighborhood.
Between the Place des Vosges and the Perrotin gallery, the pleasure for the eyes often precedes that of the taste buds at Maison Plisson. This boutique-restaurant resembles an intimate culinary dining room where fine wines and delicious dishes take center stage. Fresh fruits and vegetables line the shelves alongside locally sourced products elegantly presented in beautiful jars. Everything is meticulously sourced and curated, a philosophy that extends to their second location on Place du Marché Saint-Honoré, which bloomed a few years ago.
Indeed, Maison Plisson embodies its name. The place reflects Delphine: lively, festive, and familial. It's designed to make you feel at home, much like at her own home... Speaking of which, she welcomes us into her very cool apartment spanning multiple floors, with stunning views of Paris and the distant Eiffel Tower. Here, amidst her collection of novels, photos, and recipe books, the desire to cook and uncork a good bottle of wine permeates the welcoming atmosphere, where children and pets add to the joy of the household.
The good life, Delphine? Absolutely. That's why she loves natural and fluid materials that allow her to move as she pleases.
So, join Delphine Plisson in the Marais where she invites us to sit on her camel-colored sofa, to listen to her readings, her obsession with our scarves, and the other Linnea Lund pieces she adores.
