- 75 gr of butter
- 2 eggs
- 200 gr of sugar
- 300 gr of flour
- 20 gr Vanilla Sugar
- 20 gr baking powder
- 1 dl of milk
- Preheat the oven at 175°c
1. Prepare a mold by buttering it and then sprinkle it with breadcrumbs
2. Melt the butter then let it stand
3. Mix the eggs with the sugar
4. Add the flour, the yeast and the vanilla sugar
5. Add the melted butter and the milk
6. Mix until the dough is smooth
7. Then pour everything in the mold
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at the lowest level in the oven
